Tai Chi Qigong
This class combines various Qigong forms, traditional Vinyasa yoga with a short, simple Tai Chi form (Chen Style/Yang Style). Qigong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice designed to open energy pathways and increase internal energy (Qi) flow. Qigong is considered a branch of Chinese Medicine along with Acupuncture, Massage and Herbs. Tai Chi is a form of “moving meditation” practiced with slow, relaxed, and flowing movements.  Improve muscle tone, circulation and physical endurance with meditative postures that strengthen your mental focus.  All levels are welcome.

Yang Style 24 Form
The Yang style of Tai Chi is regarded as the most popular and widely practiced style in the world today. This style is characterized by slow, soft, and expansive movements that promote stability, flexibility, and relaxation.

Chen Style 19 Form
The Chen 19 Form was created by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang (19th generation grandmaster of Chen Style) in response to demand from students for a short routine suitable for beginners. The form is composed of 19 movements. It is extremely suitable for beginners and offers a good foundation to help progress your Tai Chi practice. The form is a combination of postures from the three traditional Chen style Tai Chi routines:  Lao Jia (Old Frame), Xin Jia (New Frame), and the Xiao Jia (Small Frame).

Chen Style 38 Form
The Chen 38 Form was created by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang (19th generation grandmaster of Chen Style) as a short form with elements both from Laojia Yi lu (Old Frame - 75 movement form) and Xinjia Yi lu (New Frame - 83 movement form).
