Liam has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu (Northern Style) and Yoga more than 10 years. His goal is to offer his students the traditions, techniques, relaxation, and health that he has attained through Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga.
Liam is a certified Tai Chi instructor by Sigu Jesse Tsao (12th Generation Chen style lineage) of Tai Chi HealthWays, San Diego CA.
Liam is a certified Qigong instructor by Sifu Tina Zhang of Wu Tang Physical Culture Association. He is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and Author of the book Qigong for Beginners: Three Full Workouts for Strength and Balance, New York: Create Space, 2017.
He has studied Tai Chi and Qigong with Sifu Yu Guo Shun, Sifu Frank Allen, Sifu Tina Zhang and Sifu Damo Mitchell. He is currently studying Chen Tai Chi with Sifu Yan Yu.
